Oral presentation
- Advanced Materials Safety 2023 is a live event. Presentations will be given on site, live and in person.
- Presentation as .ppt, .pptx or .pdf, preferably in 16:9 format.
- The conference language is English. Please prepare all your documents and slides in English.
- Feel free to use the conference logo in your presentation.
- If you keep your presentation in .ppt or .pptx format, please use standard fonts in your presentation or embed the individual fonts. This is to avoid unintentional text displacement in your presentation on the presentation computer.
- Due to technical reasons no personal equipment like your own notebook can be used to give your presentation.
- Name the presentation file YourName_ShortTitleOfPresentation.
- Until the break preceeding your presentation, you can upload the file to our servers that are accessoble from the laptop in the lecture room.

Poster presentation
- Poster format is DIN A0, portrait. You can download the conference logo here, in case you want to add it to your poster.
- You will have to bring your poster already printed. We will provide you with the materials to attach the poster on the displays.
- All posters will be displayed on site and have to be placed prior to the poster session on Wednesday, 8 November 2023, 5 p.m. Ideally, place them in the morning of 8 November between 9:30 and 10 a.m.
