The registration is binding. Should you be unable to attend the conference, please notify the conference office immediately by e-mail. In case of cancellation until 17 October 2023, your conference fee will be refunded. Cancellations received on or after 18 October 2023, will be liable to pay the full relevant participation fee. If you cannot attend, you may nominate a substitute to attend on your behalf.
